Photobiomodulation (PBM) Therapy

Photobiomodulation (PBM), previously known as Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), is a light therapy that uses lasers or LEDs to speed up tissue repair, reduce pain, stimulates collagen production to repair skin, and reduce lines and pigmentation. It has also been shown to boost cellular energy, reduce inflammation and promote wound healing by stimulating stem cells. Photobiomodulation Therapy is an extraordinary power-packed remedy for a range of conditions, from sports injuries and arthritic joints to back pain. Commonly referred to as Low Level Laser Therapy, it helps heal injuries and aids in the relief of pain through photonic energy.
No matter your age, PBMT promotes faster recovery from injuries, pain relief, improved cellular energy, and a boost to your quality of life.

MaxxLight Pro Laser Bed

Lovinium bio tech is very excited to introduce the LoviMaxx01 PhotoBioModulation (PBM) system. This whole body chamber, it does not use laser diodes but it uses similar core technology as the best lasers in the LLLT and HDLT markets and it does it at a power level greater than anything else available. For years, we have been seeing weak performance in the LED light therapy market because of limitation of existing products. Since LEDs are not coherent, they do not drive the energy as efficiently as a laser. Most existing systems are drastically underpowered and often LED systems are using the wrong wavelengths of light (using mainly red lights like they use in the cosmetic markets). Most of the existing LED systems do not offer controlled pulsing. This is why existing systems have not provided the same performance as cold lasers. But this might change with the LoviMaxx01. Recent technology improvements and research in laser therapy have come together to allow the LoviMaxx01 to overcome these limitations and take light therapy to the next level.

LoviMaxx01 PBM gives you all of the advantages of light therapy while greatly enhancing the power and control over the light used. The LoviMaxx01 PBM penetrates deeper into tissue than conventional devices and allows physicians to treat multiple areas at once, combining photo stimulation with bio stimulation. Every wavelength is individually selectable and can be pulsed at a rate that maximizes effectiveness while minimizing exposure time.

This is a true whole body chamber because of the large area for you to enter and sit inside. This is a very large system and there has never been anything like it before. It uses a unique Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) technology which measures the time it takes for the light energy to travel through your tissues. By measuring this, we are able to achieve a very accurate irradiance level (power density) on all parts of your body. Using pulsing at high repetition rates ranging from 10-60 Hz (Hz= cycles per second), we can deliver 100% biological photoactivation at safe levels.”

LoviRejuv Laser Watch

When the body’s production system is disrupted, the regeneration of tissue takes place at a slower rate. In this way, these attempts have contributed to at least alleviating symptoms associated with certain diseases and forming a basis for the successive use of other treatment methods. In this concern, the Lovirejuv laser is our recent practical development in the systemic application of therapeutic lasers. In this case, the laser energy is directed through the skin and into the vessels at the back of the wrist. Due to the presence of melanin in the skin, the absorption of the laser energy is far less than the intra-vascular or sub-lingual route. However, its major advantage is the comfort and convenience of at-home treatments. Improvements in common health concerns such as hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol levels have been reported with consistent use of Lovirejuv over several months. However, as the results were so promising we recommend Lovirejuv as a preventative device for those who have borderline cholesterol levels or a family history of diabetes or hypertension.

The laser installed in the watch comprises 10 individual laser beams for the wrist. It consists of a red GaA semiconductor (red laser) and operates at a wavelength of 650 nm which helps to stimulate the immune system and strengthens the body’s defense mechanisms. Yellow laser light at a wavelength of 573nm helps the body to detoxify and promotes an anti-depressive state by increasing the serotonin metabolism in the brain. Green laser light at a wavelength of 532 nm has an anti-inflammatory effect and is used against inflammation, pain, swelling, ulcers, or infectious tumors. Blue laser at wavelength 477 nm is used for photodynamic tumor therapy in combination with curcumin as a photosensitizer and anti-microbial photodynamic therapy (for bacterial, viral, and parasitic diseases) in combination with Riboflavin as a photosensitizer. The Lovirejuv watch has an additional laser probe for nasal, ear, and pain relief pad stimulation which can be used individually plugging in into wrist watch.

Intravenous Laser Blood Irradiation Therapy

Intravenous Laser Blood Irradiation Therapy (ILBI) is a new method for treating various pathological conditions, such as viral infections and tumor formation. ILBI exposes the patient’s blood to low levels of laser radiation to stimulate changes in biochemical reactions. This leads to changes in cellular metabolism and improves many body functions, including increasing resistance to diseases, accelerating recovery from sickness, enhancing the general condition, and detoxification processes.

Laser therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to create therapeutic effects. The light that is transmitted via optical fiber into a bloodstream helps stimulate certain processes within the body that help provide relief to symptoms including pain, and swelling, improve blood flow and enhance survival rates when used to treat cancer.

In the early only red laser light was used, however, recent research and development show using yellow, red, green, blue, infrared, and UV laser light with each one has additional benefits in treating many diseases. This includes everything from spinal pain in conditions like sciatica to post-operative rehabilitation after surgery.

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT)

Do you suffer from painful sports injuries or pain caused by soft tissue or bone problems that impact your ability to exercise? Shockwave therapy can be used to treat several conditions, including tendonitis, bursitis, and tendinitis. It’s a non-invasive treatment that can be delivered on an outpatient basis and gives significant or total relief of pain in the vast majority of patients.
If you have a painful injury, or are undergoing physiotherapy and need extra support, then shock wave therapy may be for you. The therapy can provide relief from ongoing soft tissue or bone problems and reduce the need for additional pain medication. It can be used for several sports injuries and will help patients to recover as effectively as possible as quickly as possible.

Most commonly, shockwave therapy is used to help treat the following conditions.

  • Achilles tendinopathy Plantar fasciitis (pain in the underside of the foot)
  • Tennis elbow (pain on the outer side of the elbow)
  • Golfers elbow (pain on the inner side of the elbow)
  • Patellofemoral
  • Iliotibial band Syndrome, or ITBS (pain that stretches from the outside of the hip down the outer thigh to the outside of the knee caused by running and cycling)
  • Medial tibial stress syndrome (shin splints)
  • Bony heel spurs

Shock wave therapy is a relatively new type of treatment, which has proved to be successful in treating many kinds of tendon and ligament injuries. Tendon injuries are a common problem for older people, but patients of all ages are being treated.  Patients can expect good results from shock wave treatments if they have had them within the first 6 weeks after their injury.  The effect of this treatment is that a healing response is stimulated in the injured area which causes cells to proliferate and secrete substances that form scar tissue around the injured area and promote healing. This process takes time so a 6-week follow-up at 6 months is essential for optimal results.

Ultrasound Therapy

Ultrasound therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment for inflammation, arthritis and muscle pain by using high frequencies of sound. The ultrasonic units produce sound waves that pass through the skin and into the underlying tissue. The sound waves vibrate at a frequency that modifies the molecular structure in the area of interest and helps to increase circulation and break down adhesions. Ultrasound energy creates no temperature, which allows it to avoid heat injuries and side effects associated with other treatments while providing relief from many painful conditions.

Benefits of Ultrasound Therapy

Reduce pain

Ultrasound therapy can be a great solution for those suffering from chronic joint pain and inflammation. This pain relief therapy works by breaking apart scar tissue and adhesions that build up in your body. Ultrasound therapy can also help manage swelling and provide some relief from muscle spasms, which often exacerbate chronic pain.

Relax Tissue Tension

Damaged muscle tissues cause pain and build up tension within. Muscles can become damaged as a result of regular wear and tear, overuse, or trauma. Examples of musculoskeletal issues include fractures, sprains, and dislocations. Muscles tissues might also build up tension due to being immobilized or through repetitive movements. Ultrasound treatments can be used to heat these muscles, relieving the tension built up inside them. The ultrasound also increases blood circulation to the affected tissues, increasing the healing fluids being delivered.

Increase Blood Flow

Ultrasound treatments increase blood flow to the area being treated, helping to reduce any inflammation. It can provide relief from chronic conditions like arthritis that lead to inflammation and pain. Managing the inflammation caused by such disorders helps to minimize symptoms like pain and limited mobility. The heat generated by the treatment relaxes muscles deep in the body, and it helps to break down scar tissue caused by the injury. Eliminating scar tissue helps to improve the patient’s range of motion. It also allows the patient to maintain their new range of motion for longer.

Deep Heat

Ultrasound waves are acoustic waves that penetrate the skin to reach underlying tissues affected by inflammation or injury. Causing vibrations at the molecular level, ultrasound waves naturally increase warmth within tissues to help reduce pain, improve stiff joints’ flexibility, and promote your body’s ability to self-heal. The heat generated by ultrasound waves cannot be felt by people undergoing ultrasound deep heat therapy.

Breakdown Scar Tissue

The acoustic effect caused by ultrasound therapy creates tiny micro-vibrations. These vibrations affect the fibers that cause scar tissue to form.

Breaking down scar tissue can help increase your range of motion. It also helps you maintain that range of motion for longer relief.
